Community Room and Board Room

The Montgomery County-Norristown Public Library makes two rooms available to the public. The Community Room has seating arrangements for 100 people but may accommodate as many as 175 people. The Board room accommodates about 20 people seated around a large table. Both rooms may be booked with optional services, such as seating arrangements, projector capabilities, satellite reception, and audiovisual equipment. The Community Room/Board room may be reserved free of charge by any non-profit educational, civic or cultural organization which does not charge for attendance. Any for-profit organization that desires to use the Community Room/Board Room for educational or civic purposes may be permitted to do so for a $60.00 fee. There is an additional $35.00 for serving refreshments.
